I can see the unseen patterns shaping peoples’ lives and I’m passionate about guiding them to consciously rewrite them with intention.
Alongside my storytelling background, I’ve spent more than a decade studying Reiki, Shamanism, Sound Healing, and Herbal Medicine. Star of the Sea
A name woven through time, through mythology, through the ever-turning wheel of the cosmos. Long ago, those who braved the open waters called upon Stella Maris, (the Star of the Sea), to light their way - a celestial guide watching over those navigating the unknown. A name of protection, intuition, and divine wisdom.
For as long as I can remember, I have felt this pull - the quiet magnetism of the ocean and the steady presence of the stars. I have stood on shorelines watching the tide rise and fall, a reminder that life, too, ebbs and flows. I have looked up at the night sky, searching for meaning, feeling the spark of something greater, something just beyond reach.
Perhaps it was inevitable that I would come to understand the deeper significance of my own name - that Polly, derived from Stella Maris, was more than something I was called, but something I was meant to embody. A bridge between earth and sky. A keeper of stories, of wisdom, of deep inner knowing.
In tarot, The Star is a card of renewal, of alignment, of trust in what cannot always be seen. It is also the card of Aquarius, my own sign - the visionary, the water-bearer, the one who brings new ways of seeing, new ways of being. This energy is at the heart of my work - guiding others back to themselves, helping them rewrite the stories that no longer serve them, holding space for transformation, healing, and remembering.
And so, Star of the Sea is more than a name. It is a calling. A reminder that we are always in conversation with something greater - the ocean, the sky, the deep currents of intuition that guide us home.
