Q: What if I can’t make every live session?
Live calls are recorded and uploaded for all participants to access within 24 hours, so you can watch (or rewatch) at a time that works for you. You’ll still receive weekly guidance, support in the WhatsApp group, and access to all exercises and meditations—so you won’t miss out on the magic.
Q: Is there 1:1 support or is it only group-based?
Both. You’ll receive one private 1:1 session with me during the course, tailored to your unique story, energy, and intentions.
